Awesome! The skin is just about perfect. I think you could do with a bit less specular reflection on the metal, however -- there's a great opportunity for a contrast between wet skin and dry tarnished metal here.

It might also make sense to make the large exposed areas of skin (e.g. his belly) look a little dryer than the areas which have a lot of wrinkles or are partly covered.
